Happy New Year! How is this new year starting off for you? I hope you are enjoying yourself and staying balanced in the intense energies. I feel "heady" and ungrounded sometimes, and I have required a lot of breaks from the computer and technology.
When I start feeling tech overwhelm I stand outside with my face to the sun allowing the warm rays of the sun and the groundedness of the earth to harmonize my energies.
