This is Living on Prana, the Breatharian Lifestyle with Pranic Living Master teacher, Ray Maor.
Israeli born Ray Maor spent 5 years in the military, after which he began to travel extensively. His travels led to his exposure to spirituality and a transformational spiritual initiation he had at age 31 changed his life profoundly.
Now Ray is a spiritual guide committed to teaching self-empowerment, healing, and spiritual Development. He is the inventor of the Pranic Living Retreat – a 10 day Pranic living initiation retreat for those who seek to understand more about themselves and their origins.
I was really impacted by something Ray said- which is “Don’t eat when you are hungry.” The reason being that hunger is part of a societal program that keeps us trapped in a cycle of addiction to FOOD! It makes so much sense to me. I’ve been existing inside of a belief that I need to eat when hunger strikes, and I can see how that has limited my freedom, and also how my body has learned to tell me
I’m hungry (even when I have already eaten) when it wants to take a break from what I have been doing.
Ray has written two books, and as a free gift to you he is offering his first book A Year Without Food which describes the power of mind over matter, the breaking of social paradigms and the story of his first year as a practitioner of the highest level of chi accumulation.
This interview will be online for 48 hours.
Love, Light, and Gratitude,

P.S. This one was full of memorable moments for me, I really loved diving into the emotional aspect of eating and drinking and bringing awareness to the privilege of having food and water to enjoy.
