It's when your life, your relationships, your work look "normal", things appear
to be working and yet, if you are honest with yourself, your soul has already left the room.
Not in a burn it all down overnight kind of way, more like a withdrawal of life force from what no longer aligns with who you are now, and who you are becoming. It can be a slow extraction accompanied by an undeniable sense that
the version of you who created all this is in the past and it is not the version you are today.
This is one of the strangest parts of spiritual expansion. Sometimes the soul moves before you even realize there has been a frequency and alignment change.
What used to light you up
now feels off, yet nothing looks obviously wrong. Your life force has simply withdrawn from it. You can still show up and perform, but it feels flatter than you remember and it comes at a cost. Your body feels the change before you are consciously aware that something has shifted.
Solitude becomes necessary. Mundane conversations that once felt easy now feel bothersome. You crave
silence in order to hear the direction of your soul as your system anchors in new ground.
You start rejecting old identities and roles that your mind is still trying to hold on to. You may feel pulled to change your name, your look, your work, your relationship, or your rhythm of life. Your subconscious stops agreeing to hold an identity that no longer matches your
spirit.
A new version of your life starts pulling you toward it. You know there is a way of living that feels more real than the life you are in. You see a vision of this new version of yourself but you don't know how to make it real.
There may also be grief for no clear
reason, or a strange ache as your old self or old timeline is dissolving. Nostalgia for a version of reality you can no longer return to.
These passages do not come with clear instructions. There is no dramatic sign or permission slip. There is only the slow sacred discomfort of no longer being able to inhabit an identity your soul has already moved
beyond.
If this is where you are right now, you do not need to rush toward an outcome as your old life starts to unfold. Some endings happen energeticly first and slowly guide you toward the more aligned version of yourself that is patiently calling you forward.
