Here's a sweet practice you can do with or without ALKYWAN:

Heart Light Amplifier
Purpose: Awaken compassion, radiance, and empathy

If you have an ALKYWAN Sphere use it in this practice, if not, imagine that you have one and hold it as if it were physically with you.

Sit upright or lie down in a relaxed position.

Place your ALKYWAN sphere gently on your chest, centered over your heart. (If it's too heavy, place it on the floor near your heart center.)

If you don't have one yet, visualize a glowing orb of pink-gold light resting within your heart space.

Inhale and imagine light expanding from the sphere through your chest and into the field around you.

Exhale and allow that light to ripple outward, gently touching all beings.

With each breath, feel love, compassion, and inner harmony amplifying.

Optionally, offer a silent affirmation: "I radiate coherence from the heart of stillness."

Remain in the field for 5 to 7 minutes.
