I had been living with it so long I had normalized the accumulating aches and pains as part of getting older, as just the way things were.
When it lifted and I felt lightness and painlessness in my body for the first time in ages, all of my circuits turned back on. I feel free, clear, and
radiant again.
I want that for you too.
That clarity inspired me to go deeper. I started intermittent fasting, 18 to 20 hours a day, plus a cayenne pepper cleanse. Hunger and cravings were uncomfortable the first week. On the other side of that discomfort
came renewed mental clarity, physical lightness, and a spiritual aliveness.
I took it further. I began detoxing what I consume through my eyes, my ears, and my attention. Negative content, gone. Destructive conversations, opted out of immediately. When someone around me begins speaking negatively I either shift the conversation or state clearly that
that is not my world, and I call in the world I choose.
The result has been remarkable. My body is becoming healthier than it has been in years. My mind is clearer and my focus is sharper. Energy is tingling in my fingertips. My crown is alive and active with creativity and inspiration. I have a feeling of being clean, inside and out, in every layer of my
being.
This is what a full spectrum body-mind-spirit detox looks like. Physical, mental, and spiritual working together as one system.
Your body is the point of solidification, but the emotions and traumas that get stuck in the physical begin as
patterns in the field. What you feed your eyes, your ears, and your attention is as important as what you feed your cells.
The declarations I shared with you recently are part of this work. Revoking consent is not only a spiritual declaration. It is a daily practice. Every time you choose not to absorb something destructive, every time you redirect a conversation, every time you turn off the noise and choose peace, you are reclaiming your freedom one choice at a time.
The life you choose is built in small daily decisions.
What you allow in. What you refuse. What you protect your field from. Every choice is a declaration.
It is not always easy. The bodywork was intense, hunger is uncomfortable, redirecting conversations can feel socially awkward. But the impact of these choices creates something extraordinary...
- A body that feels free.
- A mind that thinks clearly.
- An abundance of energy.
- Your light shining so bright that people notice.
I am putting together a retreat built around this, a full spectrum physical and spiritual upgrade experience.
The bodyworker who freed my body from years of accumulated pain and trauma will be there. His story is one I will share more fully when the retreat details are ready. For now I
will tell you this: he came back from a near death experience two years ago with a mission to serve and heal as many people as he can. His work reflects that mission in every session.
He has helped people in wheelchairs walk again. People fly in from around the world for sessions with him in Bradenton, Florida.
If this retreat is calling you, reply to this email and I will put you on the list to be notified when details are ready. If you want Lance's contact information for a private session now rather than waiting for the retreat, reply and I will send it directly.
The life you choose begins with what you are
willing to change.
Start with one thing. Every layer you refine makes the next one easier.
What emerges on the other side is a version of you that you may have forgotten was
possible.
