Aloha ,
I feel like I've lived a lifetime since my last newsletter on Sept. 19! Is time feeling different for you too? Sometimes it feels like time is flying by, and other times a week feels like a month.
Remember the epic spiritual nature journey I mentioned in my last email? It was everything I was craving and more! We spent 3 days paddle boarding. 🌈Rainbow Springs was the first destination, a beautiful crystal blue river surrounded by trees 🌴. We saw otters playing, and so much beautiful life in the water.

Have you read the books "Untethered Soul" and "The Surrender Experiment" by Michael Singer? If not, I highly recommend them. In his books Michael aka
"Mickey" mentions the sanctuary he built called "Temple of the Universe". On Sunday morning we went to Temple of the Universe to hear him speak and commune with many other beautiful people in sacred space. There was a circle outside after the ceremony and Mickey served tea to all of his guests.

That evening we went to the Alachua Krishna Temple and had dinner and Kirtan with the Krishna community. We stayed for two nights in the temple guest house. It was so peaceful and quiet, on an expanse of
green land and trees. We passed the sacred cows every time we went to our abode, and in the evenings we painted by candlelight with the art supplies we brought along.🎨🖌️
Next we headed toward Orlando, where I experienced iris photography! I have wanted to get my irises photographed ever since I learned I have central heterochromia, aka "psychic eyes",
"changeling eyes" or "angel eyes". The closest place I could find was in Orlando, so we stopped there, then on to Galt's Landing, the home and creation of Jim Gale of FOOD FOREST ABUNDANCE.
We had a wonderful time touring Jim's land and learning about his mission to help turn the world into a food forest (Just like Anastasia, of The Ringing Cedars of Russia series). He has created three tiny homes out of shipping containers and we had a wonderful evening with new friends and an impromptu drum circle around the fire pit. In the morning we were invited to a beautiful outdoor tea ceremony
and more incredible conversation.

We got home just ahead of Hurricane Helene, which
blew through last week with massive force. I am very blessed to have been spared damage this time, and I have many friends whose homes and businesses were flooded and destroyed. I invite you to stop for a moment to send prayers and love to all who were impacted by Helene. 🙏
I didn't make a video today, hence the long email message. If there is anything you would like me to
put into a video please reply and let me know!
If you read this far, thank you for spending some of your precious time with me, I appreciate you! Enjoy your beautiful day ❤️
