It's been a wild few weeks since I sent my "going on vacation" message. I had a great time in the Midwest visiting friends and family. I returned a few days early to make it back to Florida ahead of hurricane Debby.  

My daughter was vacationing in Anna Maria Island with 7 friends who all got stuck in Sarasota when Debby arrived, and I was grateful to be back and able provide a safe place for them to whether the storm. 

I have so much to share with you today!  

In my last video I talked about the book series "The Ringing Cedars of Russia" aka The Anastasia Series. I finished the 9th and final book this week, and today's video is also inspired by Anastasia.  It includes an 8 minute meditation to invoke the energy of love.
