In May of 2021 I began an intensive leadership course with around 100 other people. One of those people is Michael Tierno, an "expanded states guide". I had no idea that Michael worked with expanded states and plant medicine ceremonies when I met him, but we kept in touch after the leadership course and
now I get to share his work with you.
Michael Tierno leads Men of Integrity workshops with our mutual friend, Yoni Havana. He also organizes Heart Sanctuary Ayahuasca Retreats in the Sacred Valley of Peru.
