Winter solstice (here in the northern hemisphere) is a time of going within, of cultivating inner wisdom, and planting seeds of intention in the fertile dark soil in the depths of your heart.
Today I take you on a guided journey into your inner space to align and activate the solstice energies within, to let go of that which is not serving your highest good, and to plant creative intentions to be harvested in the coming new
