Hi ,
I have a story to share with you of how transformation showed up in my life the other day. We are all endlessly evolving but in some moments, there are huge AH-HAs!
My son and I were on our way to pick up take-out at a restaurant about a mile from our home. As we turned the corner to enter the restaurant parking lot we were startled to hear loud crashing and crunching of metal. We both jumped and looked to see a car rolling across the intersection. Two cars had collided in the same intersection that we had been in, just a fraction of a second
before.
Witnessing that accident shook me up. The "what-ifs" crept in. The next morning as I was taking my son to school I was unsettled, watching every car, gripping the steering wheel, and creeping through each intersection. I felt the discomfort of FEAR within me and it was clear that I had work to do.
I dropped into my center. I called in my high frequency support team. I felt and anchored my connection to The Divine, source energy and I amplified it from the core center of my body out, activating my Merkabah light body and extending the field out around my car, feeling my car now as an
extension of my own light body.
Anchored,
Amplified,
Activated
YES!
Relief washed over and through my mind and body as I relaxed my grip on the wheel, inhaled a deep, restorative breath and fully remembered,
“I AM SAFE.”
We have a choice. SAFE is a state of BEING. It is INTERNAL. The external world reflects our internal state of BEING. It is essential, in order to experience being safe and centered in the world, that you must generate BEing safe and centered from within.
The outside reflects the inside.
I invite you to join me on this journey to consciously create the outward reflection that YOU DESIRE to experience. I’ve created the Embodied Ascension 6-month course for exactly this reason.
I have been practicing these techniques for over 30 years. It is part of my mission in life to share this work, to teach others to be powerful manifestors and conscious creators of their lives.
This experience reminded me of how important it is and how grateful I am to have a solid practice to draw on, especially on those days when challenges arise.
