I got triggered this week. Yep, I get annoyed!
We don't have to pretend that everything is perfect all of the time. It's as if there is a fear that If we accidentally share something negative we may offend the Law of Attraction and everything will turn sour.
There is a distinction between doing shadow work and being a "Grumbler". There is also a distinction between having a positive mental attitude and spiritual bypassing.
This video carves out the way we can activate Alchemy by addressing the shadow personally. There is freedom in this practice, freedom from darkness, sadness, alienation, and pain.
