The frequencies of light pouring onto our planet are profound, and getting stronger as we head into 2022! While more light is a wonderful thing, it doesn't mean it's going to get easier right away. As the light increases the dark must be revealed, confronted, and processed out, in the same way our personal shadow work comes up to be cleared each time we "level up" in consciousness and frequency.
You may also experience "Ascension Symptoms".
Ascension Symptoms may include:
- Feeling Homesick or longing for deeper meaning and connection, even when you’re with your family, partner, or friends.
- A stirring in your SOUL urging you to find like-minded community.
- Feeling off balance, misaligned, ungrounded, or unfocused.

Adjusting to the New Earth, higher dimensional experience of life on this planet can be a roller coaster of emotions, ups and downs, ecstatic highs and devestating lows. I understand, because I am experiencing this too.
I haven't always been able to recognize, process, and transform my negative emotions and limiting beliefs. I used to get taken for a ride by my sensitivity, my intuitive downloads, my yearning for soul connected relationships and it was OVERWHELMING.

Here is a letter from Kate, a recent graduate of the Embodied Ascension 6 month course:
"This program came to me at the toughest point in my life. My body was in constant physical agony. I was practicing leaning into my messages from the Universe. This program was one of those messages. I had to be off of work to spend time healing and this program allowed me to have purposeful mediation, reflection and lean into uncovering my dark seeds (shadow programs).
There really only is one way out and that is through. Through the pain. Through the shadow. Curiosity and tenacity were and are my friends. I worked through some long pushed away emotional trauma and in some ways my physical pain helped bring the emotional pain out and up to be cleared. It was a whole new way of being for me to even acknowledge my emotional pain and blocks.
Acknowledgement was a huge step for me. That led to FEELING. Whew, boy. Learning to PHYSICALLY feel feelings. I felt like a new born and then a toddler learning... getting frustrated that is wasn't easy or natural at first but I kept trying, trying, trying.... Tenacity.
Now I greet my shadow with curiosity and
love. “Oh I have some self judgement... that's interesting... I wonder what that's about. I am going to love that part of me.”
I had a huge realization that much of my anxiety was
subconscious self-judgement about feelings like jealousy, annoyance, frustration, etc. I must have learned as a young child to shove away those uncomfortable feelings and this program helped me unearth and transform into another level of awareness that is sure to serve me the rest of my life.
Also I have become more comfortable with simply
being. It's okay to need to rest and do nothing else. For the first time in a long time, I am me. I am a sovereign being. I am removing the programming of "shoulds and have-tos' and replacing them with self check-ins and awareness.
I’m working on loving my shadow and loving everyone else's shadow! It sure helps to eliminate taking things personally when you realize the actions, words, and behaviors of
others are merely their unresolved emotional pain and NOT A REFLECTION OF MY WORTH! My worth is in my beingness. My light. My love. My feelings. My I AM presence that has always been there and I now hold reverence for.
